Along the race, you can gather rings for boosting and items to propel forward, defend yourself or attack opponents.
There are multiple game modes to choose from (Trophy, Arcade, Time Attack, Missions and Tutorial).
In Trophy mode, there are 4 trophies to choose from, and each cup contains 3 race tracks.
However, only the first cup is available from the beginning.
