On April, Sonic Billiards received a re-release with updated graphics.

Sonic the Hedgehog (2005)

A port of the Mega Drive Sonic the Hedgehog.

It was ported to North American, European, Chinese and Southeast Asian devices that supported J2ME and BREW, and those versions have been dumped. Depending on the platform, it was either a full game download or split into two parts. Low-end versions and demos have also been made. The Japanese releases on the FOMA devices are notable for being the only dumped versions to include sound effects and the Special Stages.

3 preinstalled Japanese versions from Panasonic phones have been dumped as part of the Japanese phone preservation effort. However, only the preinstalled base content is present, which includes the first three Zones (about half of the game). Additionally, entirely undumped releases for overseas i-mode phones are known to have existed as well under the title Sonic the Hedgehog: Contest Version, which may have included the sound effects and the Special Stages as well. Lastly, it appears that no proper dumps have been preserved of the South American J2ME localization from Tectoy Mobile.
